Ingredients
Scampi Tails (CRUSTACEANS) (35%), Breadcrumbs (WHEAT Flour [WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, yeast), Batter (Water, WHEAT Flour [WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Maize Flour, Salt, Raising Agents: Disodium diphosphate, Sodium hydrogen carbonate.), Stabiliser: Sodium tripolyphosphate.
Directions for Use
Best results are obtained by deep frying straight from the freezer.
Deep Fry: Cook from frozen. For best results deep fry at 180C for approximately 3-4 minutes. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked throughout to a minimum temp of 75C for 30 seconds.
Although extra care has been taken to remove all shell, some may remain.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18C or colder.
