Introduction

As part of our ongoing programme to evolve and strengthen the Fairway Assured brand, we are delighted to introduce three new potato products and an updated cod range.

We’ll also share some upcoming launches and, in case you missed it, the five products that won the Cash & Carry Management Own Brand awards.

Fairway Assured Premium Crispy Coated Fries 9mm

Fairway Assured Premium Crispy Coated Fries 9/9 are impeccably crunchy, well-seasoned, and suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets. The fries feature a special coating that keeps them crispy longer than typical fries, which tend to soften as they cool. This also applies when using under heat lamps or on warm counters, where they will retain crispiness without becoming overly dry or hard.

Fairway Assured Premium Crispy Coated Fries Skin On 9/9 are the same as the skin-off variant but with the added nutritional benefits from the potato skin. These benefits include increased fibre, potassium, and vitamin C.

Fairway Assured Mashed Potatoes

Fairway Assured Mashed Potatoes are supplied as frozen pellets, made with whole milk and butter. They provide a creamy, home-cooked flavour with the convenience of quick preparation and are suitable for microwaving, oven baking, or stovetop cooking. These mashed potatoes offer a time-saving solution without sacrificing taste.

Adam Williamson joins Fairway Buying Team

We are delighted to start off 2024 with the good news that we have recruited a new member of staff to join the Fairway buying team – Adam Williamson. Adam is currently the Foodservice Controller at Pacific West, he has many years foodservice experience, and not only does he know the industry, but he also already knows many of the Fairway membership and their business’.

Adam will commence his employment on February 5th.
