We have negotiated deals, utilising the scale of the Group, with almost 400 suppliers and across a range of more than 6,000 items in ambient, frozen, chilled and non-food products. You’ll have access to all suppliers, all cost prices and trading agreements. We have strong relationships with all the major branded manufacturers as well as many specialist foodservice producers. We negotiate monthly promotions, free up your time and purchasing resource and have a proven track record of growing our members’ revenues.
EXCLUSIVE OWN BRAND RANGE
Members get exclusive access to a growing portfolio of over 500 own-brand, Fairway Assured products. We complete our due diligence on every product, which is carefully selected and benchmarked, to compete with the brand leader on cost, quality and consistency so offering exceptional value. We have an active marketing and promotional programme to support our brand which includes attending members own trade shows to present the Fairway Assured range to their customers.
FAIRWAY SHAREHOLDER
As a member of the Group, you are a shareholder of Fairway Foodservice. Fairway have created a wholesale community, where you can network with other Fairway members, and, after 12 months, you are free to apply to join the board as a director. We pride ourselves on been a fair, friendly and transparent organisation.
INFORMATION
Membership gives you access to Fairway Connect, our bespoke information portal which gives you full access to product pricing and supplier terms. Each product on the Fairway Cost File is linked to Erudus, so you have intolerance and nutritional data to hand. Connect also hosts our internal Blog, for up to the minute purchase news, sales data and access to the full suite of marketing services. The system is under a continual development cycle with new features and capabilities being added throughout the year.
MARKETING SERVICES
As a Fairway member, you receive an annual marketing budget which gives you access to a variety of digital marketing services. Working with our design agency, you will also gain exclusive access to the brochure design platform enabling the creation and print of literature. We design and execute online campaigns to support promotional activity and brand awareness with proven results for our Members through increased sales and lead generation.
EVENTS
We run our popular two-day Meet-the-Member event, twice a year in February and September which gives members access to exclusive deals, marketing trends and NPD. We also have many Member only events which build on our wholesale community designed to support business growth, such as our own brand show and marketing workshops.

ENVIRONMENTAL & SUSTAINABILITY
Fairway Foodservice is committed to enabling our members’ growth while giving back to communities and promoting sustainable, ethical practices. By adopting an ESG framework, we aim to meet our sustainability goals and help members develop their own strategies. We pledge to eliminate carbon emissions by 2040, ahead of the UK’s 2050 target, with specific reduction targets for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and industry collaboration on Scope 3. Our members receive support in implementing, monitoring, and reporting their ESG performance.
