fairway assured own brand event

We are now just 6 weeks away from our ‘Fairway Assured Own Brand Event’ to be held at Crewe Hall on Tuesday 27th June 2023.

This is the first own brand event since 2018 and with the launch of Fairway Assured in 2019, now is the perfect opportunity for members sales reps to come and meet the Fairway team and learn more about the Assured range. Caterers are currently facing cost pressure and YOUR own brand Fairway Assured is there to help!

The event will run similar to previous events, with the members sales team split into groups who will move around the room in 20 minute intervals. During these meetings you will learn about product ranges, unique selling points of products and benchmark them vs competitor samples and brand leaders.

We are close to finalising the product ranges and on the shortlist is cakes, scampi, prawns, coated chicken, herbs & spices, baked beans, gravies, mayonnaise plus some potential NPD!

We have over 70 member delegates that will be joining us on the day which is fantastic support! Further updates and the finer details will be sent to you in the coming weeks.

Fairway Assured Canned Tomatoes Range

  1. Chopped (2.5kg), Peeled Plum (2.5kg) and Tomato Paste (800g) make up your Fairway Assured range.
  2. Sourced from Campania region – which is the heart of the Italian tomato processing industry providing a freshness of recently harvested tomatoes.

The Food Price Index, compiled by the United Nations’ World Food Program (WFP), measures monthly changes in international food prices.

The FAO Food Price Index* (FFPI) averaged 127.2 points in April 2023, up 0.8 points (0.6 percent) from March and standing 31.2 points (19.7 percent) below its value in the corresponding month last year. The slight rebound in the FFPI in April was led by a steep increase in the sugar price index, along with an upturn in the meat price index, while the cereals, dairy and vegetable oil price indices continued to drop.
